Edwards Trumpets

Generation II Trumpet

For decades, trumpet players in search of the perfect instrument have been at the mercy of large manufacturers. The prevailing wisdom of these companies has been to build instruments for the masses and hope these instruments meet the needs of their customers – all of their customers. This philosophy is flawed; musicians have different needs that require a more specialized approach. Edwards has made a conscious decision to approach trumpet manufacturing in a different way. Our philosophy is simple – let the customer choose.

The Edwards Trumpet offers many innovations that make it the premier instrument for the discerning musician. The leadpipe retaining tube allows players to audition and compare leadpipes with ease. Instead of using heat, solder, and stress to trade out components, switching leadpipes is done by simply sliding the leadpipe into the leadpipe retaining tube.

Furthermore, Edwards uses a cross bracing system that allows our bells to be mounted to the leadpipe retaining tube without any stress. Stress can destroy even the finest of instruments; therefore, our stress-free designs set the benchmark for all other manufacturers. When you couple that fact with the many bell choices we provide, the Edwards Trumpet is the obvious choice.

Edwards works hard to make each trumpet it sells the perfect fit for the customer. By striking a balance between sound and feel, you can be sure that an Edwards Instrument will help you achieve your goals.

Since opening our doors in 1989, innovation has driven the Edwards Instrument Company. We are setting the new standard in trumpet manufacturing by offering the professional musician a truly individual, personal instrument, incorporating the perfect balance between state-of-the-art precision manufacturing techniques and hand craftsmanship.
