Darrin has also performed regularly as a substitute musician with The Philadelphia Orchestra among other professional ensembles throughout the U.S. and abroad. His most notable concert experiences were those with maestros Christoph Eschenbach, Riccardo Muti, Sir Simon Rattle, Wolfgang Sawallisch and Yuri Temirkonov.

Darrin is an active soloist and chamber musician having performed in numerous concert halls in various regions throughout his career. Since assuming his orchestral post in Brazil, Milling has appeared as guest soloist with the Pennsylvania-based Chester Community Concert Band (courtesy of Getzen Instrument Co.) and São Paulo State’s Youth Symphonic Band (Brazil) among other highlights.
