Return & Exchange Policies

Instruments obtained through a fitting at the Pro Stop are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the complete instrument is returned during the two-week trial period. This restocking fee applies to instruments taken from Edwards or shipped after the fitting is complete. Exchanges in partial equipment are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by you BEFORE the two week trial has passed. Any merchandise being returned must be sent back in the condition in which it was received. In the case of credit being issued for a return item, any damage will be deducted from the credit total.
In order to take part in the trial period, you will need to place a deposit for the entire purchase amount of the instrument or component(s). Credit may be established through Visa, Mastercard, personal check, or money order.
The customer is responsible for shipping to and from the factory.
