Your Edwards Order

Tuesday, July 19th, 2011

We’re experiencing a lot of growth at Edwards this year. As a result, we can’t keep up with the 6-8 week trombone delivery estimates we’ve listed on our product pages. A more realistic timeframe for complete horn delivery is 8-12 weeks. We are ramping up production, but we want to do it slowly in order to maintain our build standards.

The good news is that your money is sitting in your bank during those 8-12 weeks; we don’t charge you until the horn ships. So if you’re in the market for a new Edwards, you might consider getting your order in sooner than later.

Your patience with us through this year of growth is appreciated. We will continue to do our best to improve our delivery.

Edwards Delivery Times

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

It’s not often we can deliver an instrument within a month’s time. But we can do just that after we recently hired more help. We are now at the point where we can deliver a trombone in 1-2 weeks if the bell is in stock. Trumpets take just a week or two longer.

This isn’t likely to last as we’ll get an influx of orders once school starts. Call me at 800.562.6838 to talk about options.

Midwest Floods Affect Shipping

Thursday, June 19th, 2008

If you have not watched the news lately, I’ll fill you in…

Wisconsin has been hammered with rain for the past few weeks. Rivers are over their banks, roads are closed, homes are under water, and many people have had their lives disrupted in major ways.

Fortunately, it’s been business as usual for Edwards, but we’re feeling the trickle down effects, as well. UPS, our shipping company, has informed us that they can not guarantee their normal delivery times. Please understand that, although we’re doing our best to get our products out to you, there may be delays until we get a little heat and sun.
