Trombone Delivery Times

June 3rd, 2014 by Christan Griego

We’re getting busier! That’s great for business, but unfortunately, that means longer wait times for our trombone customers. Symphonic tenor and bass trombones now take 60-90 days to deliver. Our straight trombones (jazz, alto, etc.) take 60-90 days.

If you’re looking to make a purchase, be sure to get your order in early. After all, we don’t collect payment until the horn is ready for delivery.

I ordered a bass trombone in late March, and have been just waiting on a bell since then. Since the wait time is getting longer, is there a way to just trade for a bell that is in stock? I needed this horn a week ago and have auditions coming up. I have tried contacting Edwards over the phone and I’ve lost faith in “I’ll call you back tomorrow with an update” since it has never happened. Is there anything I can do? I’ve been excited about getting an Edwards horn for a while, but now that looks less and likely to happen. An update would be appreciated. Thank you.
