Alessi, Taylor on Letterman

Joseph Alessi and David Taylor will be appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman this Wednesday, July 22. They will be backing up singer Diane Birch with Tom “Bones” Malone and Birch Johnson. As always, the music spot comes at the end of the show.

    Shaynee Rainbolt sings with Russ Garcia’s trombone
    trombone quartet. Great album! Russ recorded
    with his trombone quartet quite a few years ago
    which included Maynard ferguson, Herbie Harper,
    Frank Roslolino and Tommy Pederson. It’s great
    to see this idiom returning.
