Jim Pugh Sighted in North Texas

Wednesday, November 14th, 2007

Jim Pugh was recently sighted playing with Eijiro Nakagawa at University of North Texas in Denton. This duo has taken the trombone world by storm; if you haven’t heard them, be sure to purchase one of their CDs or catch a live concert.

During their stint in North Texas they had the luxury of traveling with Captain James T. Kirk and Professor Steve Wiest. Hopefully intergalactic travel is much nicer than the airlines I have to use.

Edwards in Spain with Miguel Rivera

Wednesday, November 14th, 2007

We are blessed to have a great family of artists that perform and present masterclasses to musicians all over the world.

Miguel Rivera recently presented five masterclasses in three different cities in Spain. In total, more than 100 people came out to hear Miguel. The Benaquasil date was especially successful as 25 trombonists, 15 observers and six professional musicians were in attendance.

The quest for information should never be abandoned by a musician. This is evident by the number of people attending these types of Edwards-sponsored events.

Thank you, Miguel, for your sharing of knowledge around the world, and thanks to all the artists that do so.
